* Bước 1

Cho whipping cream + milk + sugar vào nồi, nấu cho tan đường

Gelatin ngâm trong nước đá cho nở Khoảng chừng 5-7phút Sau đó vớt ra, bỏ gelatin vào lò vi sóng đun chảy... Hoặc các bạn có thể hấp cách thủy để làm tan gelatin

Cho gelatin vào hỗn hợp vừa nấu trên, quậy đều....

Sau đó đổ vào khuôn nhựa (để dễ dàng lấy ra)

Để nguội, bỏ vào tủ lạnh khoảng 3-4 tiếng cho đông lại

Sau khi đông lại, lấy ra khỏi khuôn và cắt theo ý thích

Đường phèn thì mình nấu cứ 500gr thì 1lít nước nha Hạnh nhân thì chỉ việc rang lên cho vàng, giòn thôi

Rồi cho bột và vani vào trộn đều. -Lấy ra chia làm 4 phần (có thể nhiều hơn), cho vào 4 chén, mỗi chén cho 1 loại màu rồi trộn đều. -Cho ra decal, cán mỏng, cho vào tủ lạnh cho cứng. -Sau khi đã làm xong phần bánh lấy crag trên ra dùng khuôn cắt, rồi đặt lên trên nặt bánh.

-Sau khi đã làm xong phần bánh lấy crag trên ra dùng khuôn cắt, rồi đặt lên trên nặt bánh.

Remove from heat, bring the pot on top of a prepared ice bath. Once cooled down, transfer to a container, keep in freezer overnight.
